Return & Refund Policy

1 Overview 

At OrbitAeth LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1.1 Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate a return request within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required. 

1.2 Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 

  • Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless otherwise stated).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window. 

1.3 Return Process 

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@orbitaeth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving authorization. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. 

1.4 Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

1.5 Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at the email above. 

1.6 Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 

1.7 Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time: (a) check your bank account again; (b) contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear; (c) contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at the email above. 

1.8 Chargebacks 

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and future purchasing privileges.

The jewelry products sold by OrbitAeth LLC are intended for decorative and fashion purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 

2.2 Allergy and Skin Sensitivity Warning 

IMPORTANT: Some individuals may experience allergic reactions or skin sensitivity when wearing jewelry, even jewelry labeled as "hypoallergenic" or "stainless steel." Reactions may include but are not limited to: redness, itching, rash, swelling, blistering, or skin discoloration. 

OrbitAeth LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS, SKIN IRRITATION, RASHES, OR OTHER ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR WEARING OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE. 

Before wearing any jewelry product, we recommend: 

  • Testing the product on a small area of skin before extended wear.
  • Consulting with a healthcare professional if you have known metal allergies or sensitive skin.
  • Removing the product immediately if you experience any irritation or discomfort.
  • Reviewing the product description for material composition before purchasing. 

2.3 Material Disclosure 

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the materials used in our products (e.g., stainless steel, plated metals). However, because our products are sourced from third-party suppliers, we cannot independently verify or guarantee the exact material composition of every product. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before purchasing. 

2.4 Choking Hazard 

WARNING: Small parts. Jewelry products may contain small components that present a choking hazard. These products are not intended for children under the age of 14. Keep jewelry products out of reach of small children. 

2.5 Release of Liability 

By purchasing any product from OrbitAeth LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Health & Allergy Disclaimer and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our products. You release OrbitAeth LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to allergic reactions, skin irritation, injury, or any other adverse health effect caused by or attributed to our products.
