1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended. 

1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

We ship products from suppliers located within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery within the continental United States ranges from five (5) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of shipment. 

Please note: OrbitAeth LLC does not directly control the shipping process. Products are shipped by our third-party suppliers and carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

1.3 Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion. 

1.4 International Shipping 

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. 

1.5 Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. We are not responsible for carrier tracking system errors or delays in tracking updates. 

1.6 Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages 

OrbitAeth LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend: (a) checking with neighbors and household members; (b) contacting the carrier directly; (c) filing a claim with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. 

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. 

1.7 P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses 

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses may be available depending on the carrier. Additional delivery time may apply.

OrbitAeth LLC is an online retailer that sources and sells jewelry products through third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture, produce, or handcraft any of the products sold on our Site. All products are sourced from third-party suppliers located in the United States. 

While we make every effort to ensure product quality and accuracy of product descriptions, we cannot guarantee that: 

  • Product images on the Site will perfectly match the actual product (due to variations in screen displays, lighting, and manufacturing processes).
  • Product dimensions, weights, or specifications are exact (minor variations may occur).
  • Products will be free from all defects.
  • Products will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
